Great Malbec 2014. Raspberry and blackberry flavors, toasted notes, spices and a touch of vanilla. Long finish, wrap and fruit.

Single Vineyard

Variety: 100% Malbec

Vineyards: Finca Buenaventura, Uco Valley, Mendoza (1174 manm). Established in a terroir at the foot of the Andes with unique conditions for the cultivation of Malbec.

Soil: Stony, alluvial, composed of a high content of gravel and rounded stones due to erosion caused by glaciers that advanced from the mountain to the valley.

Process: Manual harvest. Selection of clusters and grains. The grapes were chosen from selected plots of our vineyard and hand harvested at the end of April.

Composition: Alcohol 14.0%

Presentation: Cardboard boxes 6 x 750 ml.

Suggestions: Pasta, red meat, fresh and ripe cheeses.

Temperature: 17 ° – 19 ° C

In the mouth it shows volume, good balance and friendly tannins. Mineral notes are perceived that give it a special texture.
Its great attribute is elegance and aromatic richness. With an explosion of red fruits in its middle of the mouth and the expected note of pepper, and mocha.
