Great Malbec 2014. Raspberry and blackberry flavors, toasted notes, spices and a touch of vanilla. Long finish, wrap and fruit.

Single Vineyard

Variety: 100% Malbec

Vineyards: Finca Buenaventura, Uco Valley, Mendoza (1174 manm). Established in a terroir at the foot of the Andes with unique conditions for the cultivation of Malbec.

Soil: Stony, alluvial, composed of a high content of gravel and rounded stones due to erosion caused by glaciers that advanced from the mountain to the valley.

Process: Manual harvest. Selection of clusters and grains. The grapes were chosen from selected plots of our vineyard and hand harvested at the end of April.

Composition: Alcohol 14.0%

Presentation: Cardboard boxes 6 x 750 ml.

Suggestions: Pasta, red meat, fresh and ripe cheeses.

Temperature: 17 ° – 19 ° C

PREMIOS

ad astra cabernet sauvignon

In the mouth it shows volume, good balance and friendly tannins. Mineral notes are perceived that give it a special texture.
Its great attribute is elegance and aromatic richness. With an explosion of red fruits in its middle of the mouth and the expected note of pepper, and mocha.

Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyards: Finca Buenaventura, Uco Valley, Mendoza (1174 manm). Established in a terroir at the foot of the Andes Mountains.

Soil: Stony, alluvial, sedimentary rocks.

PREMIOS

ad astra petit verdot

Due to its strength of character, this Petit Verdot is an intense violet color, with very particular aromas of banana, violet and pencil.

It is an exotic and voluptuous wine.

The grapes were chosen from selected plots and hand harvested at the end of April. 2016

Tasting Notes:

Very fragrant, with aromas of blueberry and violets. It has an attractive herbaceous touch and spices, adding complexity to the variety. What stands out most is a very complex nose, red and ripe fruits, candied, with some spices and vegetables are combined.

In the mouth a good volume and unctuousness are highlighted that make it a soft wine, easy to drink despite its body. Single Vineryard

Rose wine from Malbec grapes, fruity flavor, sweet sweet. Ideal for pairing and drinking it alone.
